Ellie Conway is a dynamic real estate professional specializing in marketing, operations, sales, and strategic positioning across residential, commercial, and new development assets in New York City.

Her background spans acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets, including experience at JLL, where she supported over $125 million in debt and equity placements across multiple asset classes. With expertise in underwriting, deal structuring, and cross-functional coordination, Ellie works seamlessly alongside ownership groups, attorneys, lenders, and internal teams—ensuring efficient deal flow from launch through closing. Her ability to navigate both the financial and creative sides of real estate allows her to position assets thoughtfully and execute high-impact marketing strategies tailored to each opportunity.

Ellie studied Real Estate Development and Marketing at the University of Southern California, combining institutional training with a strong foundation in branding, analytics, and market strategy. She leverages this expertise to craft compelling narratives, optimize positioning, and drive results in an increasingly competitive market.

Originally from Atlanta, Ellie developed an early appreciation for real estate by witnessing the city’s rapid growth and transformation—particularly in Buckhead, where design, retail, and placemaking intersect. Having relocated to New York herself, she brings both a strategic and empathetic approach to guiding clients through the process, whether they are buying, selling, or investing.

Ellie currently resides in Chelsea and enjoys exploring the West Side—from running along the West Side Highway to discovering new restaurants and shopping in the Meatpacking District. She is a member of the Met’s Apollo Circle, Habitat Young Professionals, and ULI, and proudly supports The Bowery Mission and Friends of the High Line.
