Avery Johnson is a Licensed New York based Real Estate Professional with a strong focus on commercial asset management, retail leasing, and luxury residential sales. With an active Florida real estate license and deep rooted connections across the Miami market, Avery has worked closely with ownership groups, developers, and contractors on high value commercial assets, driving performance, leasing strategy, and project execution. His experience spans optimizing asset value, structuring retail deals, and overseeing construction workflows giving him a 360-degree insight on positioning and scaling real estate investments effectively. 

In addition to real estate, Avery is the owner and operator of an independent business consulting firm, helping owners and stakeholders execute and scale their concepts, strengthen market positioning, and maximize visibility.He also brings experience as an event manager where he oversaw the planning and execution of high-profile events including Art Basel activations, film premieres, and other large-scale productions. Avery is currently pursuing a degree in Finance at Florida International University, further strengthening his expertise in investment strategy and financial analysis.
