Cary Tamura is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson with NYC’s premier residential real estate company, Brown Harris Stevens.
With a background in marketing, technology and business development, Cary (who goes by his initials, “C.T.”) has a fresh perspective on what it means to be a real estate agent, market properties, and find both homes and investments. C.T. has consistently helped sellers sell properties, often setting record prices in the process, and has helped buyers win properties in competitive, multiple offer situations, beating out as many as 18 other offers at time– while not being the highest bid.
C.T. started his professional career in sales and at the age of 23, C.T. was the top grossing snowboard salesperson in the United States. An entrepreneur at heart, C.T. became a Wall Street tech consultant and then eventually moved to running his own marketing and production company where he excelled at deal negotiation, social media and SEO.
C.T. was born in Manhattan where he has also lived most of his life. Over the years, he has lived or worked in TriBeCa, the Upper West Side, Upper East Side, Midtown West and East, Chelsea, the Lower East Side, Chinatown, and Queens. He attended Phillips Exeter Academy, Skidmore College, and University College London.
C.T. enjoys traveling and an active lifestyle and when not working in real estate he can be found sailing, snowboarding, hiking, biking, surfing, or promoting the occasional music concert. He holds real estate licenses in both New York and Colorado and is familiar with properties ranging from high rises and townhouses to completely off-grid mountain properties.
